Excavation takes place according to the design of your swimming pool. To avoid any damage to your garden excavation gets done by hand. A reinforced steel cage is then carefully designed which acts as the backbone of your Swimming pool. A 30MPA ready-mix concrete is then delivered (no mixing on site) which is then poured over the steel to create a solid foundation.

The pool walls are fabricated out of standard 390 x 190 x 190 cement blocks. The first course of block is set into a reinforced foundation and the remaining blocks are stacked on top of each other (5, 6 or 7 blocks high) and filled with rebar and concrete. The structurally engineered block wall is very robust as it is designed as a retaining wall - able to withstand the forces of the earth and deck without water in the pool.

The pool steps are then designed and build together with the positioning of the weir, aim-flow & light. The walls & floor is then cement plastered as preparation for the marble plaster. While the ceramic mosaics tiles are being fitted the plumbing & electrical gets carefully planned & installed. Once completed the selected coping stones & paving stones are fitted to a cement base. |

The final stage is the application of the marble plaster which makes the pool water tight. More and more people want natural colours for their pools, white or light blue which mirrored the clear African sky will never lose acceptability. Alternatively you can dare to be different and go with a darker colour, this will allow nature to reflect its own special beauty.
